I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its strategic location close to the bus station in a quiet village. The professional and super polite staff made my stay even more nice. I especially enjoyed the wonderful breakfast with multiple choices of fresh croissants, cakes, cheese/ham, bread, and several types of mountain water in a nice and clean environment. The hotel facilities were great, including the spa, bar, lounge, dining. this hotel also provided private parking for my car, and the surroundings were super clean.
Absolutely nothing.

The location was great, close to the bus station and with good access to the ski slopes. The spa facilities were also a nice touch, including the sauna and hot tub. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The lack of cleanliness in the rooms was very disappointing. We found dust and dirt in the corners and under the bed. The food at dinner was also mediocre and overpriced. We wished there had been more variety and better quality. Finally, the noise levels were quite high, with loud music from the nearby ski resort keeping us up at night.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a charming village in the Dolomites and had a wonderful experience. the value for money was excellent - the prices for the rooms were very reasonable. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. They always had smiles on their faces and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Moreover, the location of the hotel in the center of the village was perfect, with all the amenities conveniently nearby.
The only minor drawback was that the wifi signal was only available in the reception area, and not in the rooms. However, this didn't bother us too much as we were able to disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
